Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business.

About the team
The Snappy Brand Media Team operates within the Media, Groups, and Business Development sector. Collaborating with FMCG brands across the UK, our team focuses on crafting, expanding, and implementing brand campaigns to enhance the experiences of retailers, Snappy, branded partners, and shoppers alike. Our primary objectives include boosting revenue, fostering customer relationships, and driving GMV growth, all in alignment with both short and long-term strategies for Snappy Shopper.
About the Role
The successful Brand Media Sales Manager will identify and win new business opportunities with FMCG, agency and brand partners, selling in compelling Snappy Media campaigns, and nurture key customer relationships to drive long-term success. Within this capacity, your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):
- Deliver Snappy Media Revenue targets for the group
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Shape and develop creative Snappy Media campaigns tailored to client objectives and target audiences
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, sales, and marketing, to execute campaigns effectively and exceed client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic guidance and deliver innovative solutions that drive results
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive position
- Ensure accuracy of customer details and contact, supporting administration and deliverables working closely with the Brand Campaign Executive
About You
To do this job well you’ll need:
- Demonstrable experience of successful business development, with a focus on media or advertising.
- Experience in a similar role, working in business development with an understanding of the retail media landscape.
- A deep understanding of digital media platforms, advertising technologies and industry trends.
- To be able to manage multiple projects at any one time, all whilst maintaining communication with a mix of key stakeholders.
Ideally, you’ll also have experience in :
- Proven knowledge of retail media and in app/web media
- Experience working in the retail or wider FMCG sector
- Confidence using Pitch, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems.
